WHAT IS IT?
Black Sheep Dispensaries Loyalty Points are our way of giving something back to our loyal customer base; put simply you can now earn points on every order you place, which you can then use to get money off on future orders.
How do I use my loyalty points?
Please login to your account to see and use your Loyalty Points. Once you put items into your basket, you will see the option to save or spend your points above the add to basket.
If you can’t see this, you aren’t logged in.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Every time you place an order with Black Sheep Dispensaries, as long as you are signed in to your account you will earn 10 Loyalty Points for every £1 you spend.
The next time you order you can use your points to get money off, at a generous rate of £5 off for every 1000 points you have.

A minimum of 1000 Points can be used on your first order, for subsequent orders, any number of Points can be redeemed between 1,500 and 10,000
ACCOUNT
Don’t worry if you don’t have an account, you can create one when you place your order and your Loyalty Points will still be added to your new account.

Reward Points Conditions
- The collection of Reward points is based on spend (“Loyalty Rewards Spend Balance”) on the Website from the date you become a Black Sheep Dispensaries account holder.
- You can check your Reward points spend balance by logging into your Black Sheep Dispensaries Account.
- We reserve the right to change the rates and without notice. Changes to these rates will be published on the Loyalty Rewards website page.
- Reward points will be issued once all orders, which qualify for a reward point, have been dispatched. Registered Members who have opted in to receive marketing emails will receive an email when a Reward point has been earned.
- You may redeem Black Sheep Dispensaries Reward Points against any order in the Black Sheep Dispensaries website.
- You may redeem up to 100% of the value of an order using Black Sheep Dispensaries Rewards Points.
- Black Sheep Dispensaries Reward Points are non-transferable.
- Black Sheep Dispensaries Reward Points have no cash value.
- Returns / Cancellations of orders using Reward points are subject to our normal returns policy.
